Patti Heilmann
Rooted in the Jacksonville Beaches community, Patti grew up immersed in athletics, as a three-sport high school athlete, where she competed with some of the top programs in Florida and across the Southeast. Earning her many accolades and honors. Her passion for athletics earned her a scholarship as a student-athlete at the collegiate level, at Lenoir Rhyne University, where she continued to develop both on and off the field.
With extensive coaching experience spanning over 30 years, she’s had the privilege of working with players at every stage of their development—from Academy and First Touch programs to competitive travel teams, high school squads, and even semi-professional W-League soccer. This diverse background has given her a comprehensive understanding of player development and team dynamics at all levels of the game.
Her deep passion for coaching and a genuine care for each player’s growth—both as athletes and individuals is what drives her. She takes pride in being actively involved, fostering a positive and challenging environment that helps players reach their full potential. Whether it’s guiding young players through their first touches or helping advanced athletes refine their game, she’s committed to making an impact and a team culture built on trust, accountability, and growth — both athletically and personally.
In 2025, Patti stepped into the role of Head Coach for the Varsity Girls Lacrosse team at Fletcher High School.
Olivia Johnson
Originally from Howard County, Maryland, Olivia developed a strong foundation in lacrosse through the Hero’s Tournament Lacrosse Club, where she cultivated a competitive mindset and deep understanding of the game. Her dedication to the sport earned a spot on the New Zealand National U19 Team, representing the country at the 2019 U19 World Cup, where she achieved a 6th place world ranking.
Olivia continued her playing career at Jacksonville University, competing as a defensive midfielder at the Division I level. Throughout her collegiate career, she was known for her leadership, work ethic, and ability to foster strong team dynamics.
While at Jacksonville University, Olivia earned a BFA in Visual Design, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Award for Excellence in Visual Design. Her background in design reflects my attention to detail and creative approach to communication—skills she brings into every coaching environment.
She aims to empower athletes both on and off the field through discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose.
